Integrated Cleanroom Engineering
Cleanroom architecture, HVAC, utilities, power and monitoring in one coordinated project plan. Align design, procurement and site delivery around your facility requirements.

EPC means Engineering, Procurement and Construction. The supplied package and responsibilities are agreed for each project.
Explore how the room enclosure, air, utilities, power and monitoring fit together—before equipment and site decisions are made.

Wall panels, ceilings, doors, windows and floors establish the room boundary. Start with room use, equipment movement and cleaning needs, then coordinate material selection, joint details and access.
Ceiling modules and wall openings must fit lighting, air terminals and service routes. Review coving, thresholds, drainage and maintenance access before installation details are finalised.
Key interfaces: HVAC openings, utility penetrations, lighting positions and equipment access belong in the same layout review.
Explore Construction
Cleanroom HVAC connects the air-handling plant to the room. Room functions, occupancy, heat loads and outdoor-air requirements guide equipment selection, filtration and supply, return or exhaust arrangements.
Coordinate duct routes, terminal locations and filter-replacement access with the enclosure. Define room-condition requirements, control points and balancing provisions early; commissioning activities and acceptance criteria follow the agreed design.
Key interfaces: Cooling supply, electrical power, ceiling modules and BMS control signals need coordinated equipment data.
Explore HVAC
Process water, compressed air, steam and cooling are defined by equipment demand and the facility's operating needs. Confirm the medium, required quality, supply conditions and connection details before choosing a utility package.
Plan distribution routes, isolation points, drainage, sampling and service access around the process. Distinguish plant services from process-specific requirements, and agree inspection and testing responsibilities before procurement.
Key interfaces: Equipment vendor connections, power, controls and sealed penetrations define the supply boundary.
Explore Utility Systems
Electrical planning starts with the available supply and an equipment load schedule. Identify circuits, distribution panels, protection and connection points, with critical loads and future changes considered in the design.
Coordinate cable routes, lighting, protective earthing and bonding with mechanical services and cleanroom finishes. Define who supplies isolators, starters, cables and terminals; power responsibilities are separate from control signals.
Key interfaces: AHU and pump loads, control-panel signals, ceiling access and cable sealing should be resolved together.
Explore Electrical Systems
BMS coordinates building-equipment commands and operating feedback. EMS focuses on environmental monitoring and records. Define those roles through an agreed point list, control narrative and room naming scheme.
Coordinate sensors, vendor signals, alarm rules and network ownership before selection. Recording intervals, retention, exports, permissions and backup responsibilities should fit the operating workflow; testing and qualification responsibilities are agreed for the project.
Key interfaces: HVAC sequences, utility-package signals, electrical connections and data responsibilities establish the system architecture.
Explore BMS & EMSA practical coordination route: establish the brief, resolve the interfaces, plan the work and agree the records.

Review room functions, process equipment, site conditions and the intended supply boundary.
Items to agree
Align system routes, equipment data, room openings and access in one coordinated review.
Items to agree
Sequence procurement, deliveries and installation around site readiness, interfaces and access.
Items to agree
Define commissioning checks, acceptance information and operating guidance for the supplied package.
Items to agreePhotos illustrate engineering topics, not chronological design, installation or handover records. Outputs and responsibilities are confirmed in the project scope.
