Bring room layout, equipment access and service interfaces into the same design review.
Panel layout, joint details and service penetrations matched to room use.
Ceiling supports, lighting and air-terminal openings coordinated with service access.
Opening dimensions, hardware, glazing and equipment movement reviewed together.
Finish selection, coving, thresholds and drainage suited to the operating area.

Panel layout starts with room dimensions, equipment positions and cleaning needs. Joint details, ceiling supports and service openings are coordinated before installation, so ducts, lights and pipework fit the enclosure layout.

Door schedules define clear openings, swing direction, hardware and equipment access. Glazing and transfer openings are coordinated with adjacent panels and room use. Interlocks and access controls are included where the project requires them.

Floor selection considers cleaning methods, traffic, equipment loads and substrate condition. Resin, vinyl and raised-access systems need different installation details. Coving, thresholds, drains and wall junctions are coordinated with the room finish schedule.

Hangers, connectors and perimeter profiles are coordinated with ceiling geometry, service loads and maintenance access. Setting-out and installation follow approved details. Finish checks cover joints, openings and the records specified for handover.
