Power, Wiring & Cleanroom Interfaces

Electrical planning connects the supply, room layout and equipment loads. Clear boundaries help coordinate installation and later maintenance.

Loads, Distribution & Protection

Start with an equipment load schedule and the available supply. Identify critical circuits, starting loads and expansion needs. Coordinate distribution panels, protective devices and circuit separation with equipment requirements, access space and the applicable local electrical design requirements.

Equipment interfaces: Agree who supplies isolators, starters, cables and terminal connections for AHUs, pumps and utility packages. Separate power responsibilities from control signals.

Wiring, Panels & Room Interfaces

Align trays and conduits with mechanical services and cleanroom boundaries. Detail cable penetrations, sealing and accessible routes. Position luminaires around ceiling modules and work areas. Define protective earthing and bonding; add process-specific ESD measures where the application requires them.

Room interfaces: Coordinate ceiling access, cleaning conditions, lighting maintenance and emergency requirements with the architectural layout. Confirm control and monitoring connections with the BMS team.

Inspection & Handover Planning

Agree electrical inspections and tests, then prepare circuit identification, panel schedules, as-built drawings and operating documents. Functional checks follow the agreed equipment and control interfaces.
