Laminar Flow Ceiling System
Product Specification
The laminar flow ceiling is a high-cleanliness, dust-free, and aseptic purification device, capable of creating a Class 100 clean workspace. It uses premium materials: the box body is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel, and the diffuser plate can optionally be stainless steel. Equipped with a professional filter and box connection, it supplies fresh air into the cleanroom. The air flows in a vertical, unidirectional manner, with stable surface wind speeds that effectively extend the filter replacement cycle.
Installed on the ceiling of operating rooms, the laminar flow ceiling provides uniform airflow and meets specific cleanliness classes, such as Class I, II, and III clean operating rooms. It offers reliable protection against contamination from airborne particles (both dead and living) during invasive procedures.
Features
1. Suitable for standalone use or multiple-unit configurations.
2. Superior sealing performance via professional filter and box connections.
3. Consistent airflow speed across the entire surface.
4. Low noise operation, smooth performance, easy maintenance and replacement, and cost-effectiveness.
Applications
Primarily used in hospital operating rooms to meet the requirements of different operating levels (Class I, II, and III clean operating rooms).
